Terms and Conditions

This policy covers most of our accommodations; any differences in the terms will be listed on the specific property page.  Please check with your agent before booking if there is any confusion.

4 NIGHT MINIMUM ON ALL RESERVATIONS

All cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy listed below.

$50.00 deposit per booking  (accommodations only)/$50.00 per person with airline tickets, due at booking to secure reservations.  All cancellations subject to $50.00 charge per booking (accommodations only); $50.00 per person with airline tickets.  Also, all reservations cancelled after final payment is made are subject to a 5% handling fee, plus any charges listed below.

CANCELLATION POLICY #1

Holiday Season:  For the period of December 19, 2002 - January 4, 2003, any cancellation within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, any "no-shows", or early check-outs, will be assessed a two (2) night + taxes cancellation charge.  Note:  THE HOLIDAY SEASON cancellation penalty applies if any portion of a reservation falls within the above time period. 

Regular Season, High Season, or Winter Season:  Any cancellation on rooms within three (3) days of the arrival date, any "no-shows", or early check-outs, will be assessed a two (2) night  + taxes cancellation charge.

Low Season, Value Season, Spring/Fall Season, or Summer Season:  Any cancellation on rooms within three (3) days of the arrival date, any "no-shows", or early check-outs, will be assessed a maximum of one (1) night + taxes cancellation charge.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY #2

All cancellations within seven (7) days of check-in, any "no-shows", or early check-outs, are subject to a four (4) night + taxes cancellation charge.  Please ask about the Christmas Cancellation Policy.
